The design of the machine provides maximum flexibility, performance and reliability in a compact format.

The cartoning machine is available in two versions – for fold-out or wrap-around carton blanks.

The modular design with servo drives allows quick and easy set-up.

Features

• Product loader adaptable to the needs of the product. Products can also be stacked on top of each other.
• Blank feeding by means of two rotating arms fitted with suction cups.
• Protective guards that give the operator easy access to all parts and a view inside the machine for an overview of its status.
• Box closing with (Hotmelt) hot glue or adhesive tape.

• Vision system for checking the condition of the product
• Printer for overprinting the date or a barcode
